Returns:
- In case of a full order return, you will be refunded the discounted final invoice value, excluding taxes.
- If there is a partial order return, the price of the remaining product will be considered and adjusted in the final settlement.
- For returns, the complimentary Keepsake Box must be returned. If not returned, its retail value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges:
- In case of an exchange wherein the invoice value is higher or lower than the original invoice, the discount will be recalculated. It will accordingly apply in the final settlement.
- In case of a partial exchange, the discount will be recalculated, and the amount will be adjusted in the settlement accordingly.
- For exchanges or partial returns where the final order value falls below ₹50,000, the Keepsake Box must be returned, or its retail value will be adjusted in the final settlement.
Shipping:
- All products purchased will be shipped as per the usual made-to-order timelines (as displayed in your cart and product pages).
