Shipping Timelines:


Every Verlas jewelry is made to order, handcrafted from scratch. All jewelry will take up to 15 days to get shipped. Shipping timelines vary depending on your choice of jewelry. Client Care will always be in touch if we require longer to ship from the timelines provided above or if the product is shipped earlier than the expected date.  

Important to Note (non-peak and non-promotional period): 

  • Changes to any order will be accepted within 24 hours of placing an order. Please email care@verlas.in. After that, you will be required to place a new order with the updated info.
  • A change in billing or shipping address will require a new order with the updated information. The concierge team will guide you with the same. You can email them at care@verlas.in
  • New order dates will be considered for shipping timelines.

Delivery Timelines:

Once your order has been shipped i.e. within 15 days of placing an order, you will receive the tracking information on your contact. Your order will then require  3-7 business days to deliver based on your shipping address.

  • Upon confirmation, our team will try their best to deliver orders around the requested timelines (without any guarantees). However, since every order is made to order, it may introduce unexpected delays. Weather conditions, updates in shipping schedules, air cargo availability, and other unknowns can also introduce unexpected shifts. Please plan accordingly.  
  • Reach out to care@verlas.in to request for expedited shipping possibilities based on your shipping address. Deliveries are not guaranteed by Verlas, as timely delivery from the date of shipping depends on the shipping carrier.
  • Orders cannot be canceled while in transit. We will require to receive the package back to our Studio before initiating a return. 
  • All packages are insured for the value of the shipment. 
  • All packages require an OTP that will be send to your registered mobile number signature upon delivery. They may also require additional documents, such as PAN CARD or other ID Card as per standard shipping rules for jewelry products. 

 

Self-Shipping |Customer-arranged Insured Shipping:

For select locations, reverse pickup may not be available. In such cases, for any returns, we request customers to return items via insured self-shipping. Our Concierge team will assist throughout the process.
