All Verlas jewelry is delivered with an IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification.

This certification will detail the identity of the diamond, carat weight, shape and cut of the diamond, color, and clarity grade, measurements, proportions, finish, symmetry, and fluorescence.

Having an IGI certification ensures transparency and authenticity in the diamond market.

Our Studios work tirelessly to ensure that your Verlas jewelry is nothing short of perfection. If you’re not satisfied with your jewelry, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package. If you change your mind about your purchase, it’s no problem! Either way, just make sure your product has the tag on, in case you’re looking to return, we offer a return period of 30 days.  Please read our Return Policy here.

After the 30-Day free return deadline, Verlas accepts lifetime of exchange with any other Verlas design with certain percentage of deduction on your original billed amount. The same shall be conveyed to you by our concierge before the exchange process.

All orders engraved by Verlas are eligible for return within 15 days (shipping charges may apply) whereas the non-engraved jewelry is eligible for return within 30 days.

Here are the easy steps to return any Verlas jewelry.

1. Get in touch with our concierge at care@verlas.in to raise a return request.
2. If your product is eligible for free returns i.e. within 30 days of purchase ), the pick-up request will be generated by concierge team and an email will be shared with you consisting of all the required information from the courier partner.
3. All returned purchases must be in original condition (unworn, tagged, and unaltered with no missing parts) and accompanied by the original packaging, certificates, and instructions.
4. The courier partner will pick-up the package within 3-7 business days.
5. Every return is processed through a standard inspection, which requires 7-10 working days after the product is received at our studio.

All Verlas jewelry is eligible for repair at an additional cost. Contact the Verlas Concierge to initiate your repair.
The cost shall be conveyed to you before starting the repair process by our Verlas Concierge Team. We shall begin the process only after your approval on the repair charges.

Submit an inquiry to the Verlas Concierge, detailing the piece you would like to repair through our online accessible checklist. Once confirmed, the Verlas Concierge will send a link for purchasing 2-way shipping & handling.

Non-Verlas jewelry is not eligible for repair.

Repairing Verlas jewelry requires a shipping and handling cost. You may also have to pay an  additional material cost, if applicable.

We accept all forms of payment including Credit and Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

GooglePay, Paypal, AmazonPay and ShopPay and QR based UPI payments are also accepted.

When you return your purchase at verlas.in within the first thirty (30) days of receipt and in accordance with the quality check on returns, your Verlas jewelry will be eligible for a full refund to the original mode of payment.

When you return your Verlas jewelry for refunds or exchanges, we require 7-10 business days after receiving the product at our studio to process your jewelry for a standard inspection.
Once your jewelry passes our standards of quality check, your amount will be initiated for refund.
Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically take 8-10 business days to reflect in your bank account. If it takes longer, please contact your bank for additional information and write to care@verlas.in.
UPI Payments: UPI payments typically take 24-48 hours to reflect in your bank account.
